PWEDE KAYO PUMIRMA NG PLUMBING PLANS(From Engr William Juan).....A SIMPLE COMPARISON ON THE PRACTICE OF PLUMBING, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL PROFESSIONS. In the Philippines, the practice of plumbing is separate from the domain of practice of the professional mechanical engineer (PME) or the registered mechanical engineer (ME), we have the Plumbing Law (RA 1378) which governs the practice of a registered master plumber (RMP, and soon to be registered plumbing engineer!) to sign and seal plumbing plans, specifications & plumbing permits, making the RMP more powerful comparatively than the registered mechanical engineer (ME) who is not even allowed to sign mechanical plans or even a mechanical permit, since the professional mechanical engineer (PME) is the only professional that is allowed to sign mechanical plans and mechanical permits... In the same manner, the RMP is more powerful, comparatively than the registered electrical engineer (REE) and the registered master electrician (RME) because again on the privilege of signing and sealing of plumbing plans and plumbing permits, in which it is not yet allowed for the REE and/or RME in electrical works. At present, only a professional electrical engineer (PEE) can sign and seal electrical plans and electrical permits. The old Electrical Engineering Law (RA 184) allowed then the assistant EE, the associate EE and the registered master electrician to sign and seal electrical plans with certain limitations. Plumbing not only include domestic water supply and distribution system, sanitary sewer & ventilation system, storm drainage and rainwater harvesting, but also the life supportive systems of fire water sprinkler systems (below 83psi) and the delicate gas line distribution systems, all in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.. OPPORTUNITY FAVORS THE MOST PREPARED MIND! There is no substitute for adequate preparation and strong foundation. Read everything at least three to five times The first time, to comprehend. The second time, to improve recall. The third time, to help you summarize. The fourth time, to help you memorize. The fifth time, to make it so much a part of you already that even without the book, you know it BY HEART.
