MAYON ALAY LAKAD Given the growing faith among the youth of Albay, the Mayon Alay Lakad has leapt 3-fold this year from 3,000 participants last year to more than 10,000. Thus, from a mere overseer to ensure peace and order, emergency response and avoidance of accidents, the Provincial Government of Albay will take a more activist secular role given its serious implications on public health, public order and public welfare and on a positive view yet limited extent, provincial tourism and community building We will coordinate the effort with organiser - San Antonio Parish and its Pastoral Council.
