MC Kats Explains Why He Would Quit NTV Uganda. Xpozed show host, Mc Kats who also doubles as musician Fille Clear’s manager, has revealed that he can quit TV very easily without any second thought. The TV presenter who joined Television in 2000 through an emceeing gig that MC Mosh had given him, said that he loves emceeing more than being on TV. He explained how he owes all his recent successes to emceeing and can therefore never quit it. “I can never quit emceeing because it made me who I am today. I don’t emcee to compete. I do it out of love and besides it pays my bills,” he said. Asked about whether he would leave emceeing for a full time TV job, Kats said that he would leave Television instead for an emceeing job. “I wouldn’t say I’m the best, but I feel good doing what I do best and what I love. I like it when people are happy and enjoying what I present to them. I prefer emceeing to TV,” he added. Kats was also quizzed about his relationship with Fille. He responded by saying that he is just friends with the “My husband” singer. “Hahaha. We are best of friends. We argue, fight, but we are happy most of the time. We agree on certain issues, disagree on others and we are partners. Our friendship keeps us going,” said the Busoga College Mwiri OB. Kats, who was also a dancer and singer in a church choir called Oils of Gladness at KPC, earns a maximum of 1.5 million shillings for every gig he gets. When you wake up one Saturday morning and you don’t see him on NTV, don’t ask where he will be because now you know.
