MECHANICS- JAZZ CHANT: 1. A maximum of 10 participants selected from Grades 5 to 6 learners shall compose a team. 2. Five (5) winners from the 1st and 2nd Congressional Districts shall qualify to the Divisional Level Competition. 3. Participants shall observe rhythm, tempo, cadence and choreography. 4. Stricly NO canned music... DRUMS may be used to emphasize rythm (drum beaters must be a distance away from the 10pax ) 5. Costume and props must be low-cost, inexpensive and shall be at the discretion of the participating team.
