MES School Community Council 2013/2014 Notice to All Parents: There will be several parent position openings on our School Community Council for the upcoming 2013/2014 school year. School Community Council Members typically serve a two year term. The council meets monthly with our Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) to discuss school improvement, reading achievement, safety, and other issues of concern in our school community. If you are interested in participating as a member, please contact the school office or stop at the School Community Council Table at our Back to School Ice Cream Social on August 21st for additional information. Deadline for filing for candidacy is August 22, 2013 Voting by ballot (if necessary) will be held during school hours on September 9, 10, 11 in the school office. Members will be determined and announced at the September 23rd SCC meeting at which time appointments will be made (if necessary).
