MILD WEEK COMING MONDAY FORECAST DISCUSSION: Itll look and feel like a Monday today. Cloudy skies will be in place all day long and there will be some passing sprinkles to contend with from mid morning onward. The upside to the forecast: it will be mild. Highs today will be near 70, even with the clouds, and it will be warmer still on Tuesday and Wednesday. Skies will remain mostly cloudy for the next few days. A large area of low pressure in Oklahoma today will push warm, humid air up the East Coast. The warmer air arrive, in earnest, tomorrow. Tuesday will start out with clouds and areas of fog and temps in the 60s. Tuesday afternoon, with very little sunshine, temperatures will surge into the upper 70s - almost A/C weather. Wednesday will also be warm and humid, but rain and thunderstorm chances will be increasing rapidly through the day. Highs will once again reach the upper 70s, but rain will be likely after lunch and strong storms will be possible from the evening commute on into the late night hours. In fact, periods of heavy rain may continue into the Thursday morning commute. Cooler and drier weather returns for next weekend.
