MJs Cream Puffs (my pic and recipe) Boil 1 cup water and 1 cube margarine in medium saucepan until margarine melted. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup flour and stir until it forms a ball of dough. Cool. Add 1 egg at a time and mix with beater, total of 4 eggs. Drop on ungreased pan, (size you prefer), sides not touching. put in 400 degree oven (preheated) for 45 minutes and will be browned. FILLING 1/2 cup sugar 3 T. corn starch 2 egg yolks dash salt 2 cups warm milk 1 tsp vanilla Keep stirring on med heat until thick then let cool before filling puffs Then use small amount of choc. icing to put a little on each puff! ** can also use puffs to fill with chicken salad, eclairs with a whipped cream type filling, or choc pudding and sprinkle tops with powdered sugar.
