MONDA MORNING AND BACK TO SCHOOL! I was a bit alarmed this morning, when I found myself gannin back to school on a Monda morning. And worse, being taught Maths! As Middle Daughter was doing what looked like a rather familiar sight - that took me back for a start - scrambling off some homework, somehow the Square Root theory came up. Now. I regard it as one of the finest achievements in my life FAILING Maths O Level. I had warned the system that there was no point at all in putting me in for that subject, but the daft school went ahead - top class had to dae Maths, etc, etc. Result. One failure. Maths Teacher would have hit the ultimate in his career without me. He did smile, many months later that is, as we both enjoyed the joke. That, as they say, is quite another story. The main thing is that I actually got to grips with the Square Root Theory, and I would like to think my Middle Daughter, now 15, was impressed. I doubt it like, but I am!! Just gans to show ya........nivva too late to learn....if you are taught the reet way..............................Tarah. Brian................ps. am off to study that Pie Thagorus Theory Thing.
