Now lets look at the second cheap excuse christian uses to abuseYou are proud,you are bragadoucious,you are not humble Humility is not mans description about you or how you should behave or how your culture perceives someone ought to act inorder to be humble. No!that is not humility. God created you,not man-so it doesnt matter how man view this but it matters how God view it. Humility is Gods description about you. Humility is yielding to Gods word and leting it dominate every aspect of your life. The more Gods word you put to practise-the more humble you become. Some so called christians think humility is OUTWARD SOBRIETY. They think you should come out with your head bowed,floating in the air as a ghost,and walk slowly,and uses king James languages likeHello brethren,i beseech you,May God bless you,brother James,sister Annie That is not humility.Doing all these doesnt mean you humble. You can use the softest christian solgan words and still not be humble. To be humble-it start from within and it reflect on the outside but if you want to start from the outside-God knows your heart and it stinks before God. Some people think-if a christian wears long skirt it mean she is humble and those that wear jeans arent humble. You wrong! You can wear grandma cloth and still stink as far as humility is concern. Look at Jesus-a canaanite woman came to him for healing for her daughter and Jesus saidIt is not possible because we dont give what is holy to dogs Matthew 15:26 Jesus called a woman who needed healing for her daughter as a dog. Imagine if i said that in a conversation to a fellow brother-you would have saidCurtis be humble,dont be proud But Jesus called the woman a DOG. (To understand why he called her dog-read the continuation of matthew 15:26 downwards so u get why it was appropriate for Jesus to use that) Second-King herod sent men to bring Jesus to him. Jesus said to the menGo tell that FOX,i wont come today nor tomorrowLuke 13:32 I thought the bible said Jesus was the most humble person on the earth? Why will Jesus call a king(in todays in english it will be the president) a FOX? But thats what some so called christians accuses us because they mistaken Confidence,boldness,upfront for not being humble or pride. The bible spoke about Paul that the meaning of Paul mean Humility. Paul in Galatian 3:1 called his members OH FOOLISH GALATIANS,WHO HATH BEWITCHED YOU? A whole Paul-called the church he was supose to pastor-Foolish. You see,someone will stand aside and judge Paul that he is arrogant,proud,and not humble. A fool simply mean senseless. Telling someone you acted foolishly or dont be a fool-doesnt mean you insulting him.It mean you telling him what he did is senseless. Also-when you become confident of who you are in christ and start saying what God says about you-they accuses you of not being humble. Jesus saidI and my father are one They picked up stones to stone Jesus because he spoke concerning who he is in the lord. When a christian saysI cannot fail!I am soo rich,I do not get sick,I am a champion,i am the head and never the tail Those who want us to speak low like them-cast the first stones by accusing usWe bragadouscious,how can you say you cannot fail-are u a God?Be humble You see how they abuse the word humble and pride? It takes humility to fall down flat before your pastor as Obadiah did to Elijah. But those who accuses as of not being humble cos they have fasted so much their neck is long and thin and they think that shows humility-they cant afford to do that-they will call it worshiping a man. No!they are the true definition of pride because they cant humble themselves to bow before a man. Look-someone can have tattoo,earings,a man doing dreadlocks and that fellow could be humble than you who wear a tie that squeezes your neck as though you are fowl to be slaughtered or oversize clothes. What am i saying?Humility is not outward sobriety-humility is simply yielding to Gods word.
