MOVEMENT, STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE...the only way to train. Do you do Double Windmills? Most people dont think of a windmill as a heavy exercise...I do. I am the double windmills biggest fan! I use it to build strength in this unique range of motion combining slight spinal flexion, rotation and lateral flexion. The strength gains carry-over into heavier get ups and snatches. So If ur not training windmills, maybe u should start. If u are training them, try doubles and watch ur strength increase. youtu.be/NToPmYDcFvA
