MUGNA. City Festivity. Amenity. Safety. Security and other Ti. Mugna is going to be held/located at Saray, the only place in Iligan with an Aray. I am sure all concerned units will try to do their best to make the event successful and let us hope it will be. Safety and security is foremost. There are those who say that the best safe thing to do is simple. Dont go to Mugna if it will be in Saray. Is there any other venue? What is the real reason why the place was selected? Whose friends are the owners? Will they fence the premises? How much will be the cost to include the rent? Some say NSC football field is best. Others want it at the Nortbound Bus terminal, a previous location. For me, there is no best place where to put Mugna at this time but still at Pryce/Robinson. Why? Because it is entirely fenced now so it is more than secured. Construction will begin on January next year,hence, I am sure Robin and his son will be very happy to allow the use. Who knows? It could even be free! Robin and son, the new kid in town surely knows that new neighbors, City Hall and the Mall, needs to be close with each other. One month of temporary use is nothing compared to a lifetime of doing business here. Iliganons know how to be grateful, unlike other (without an s), who dont know the meaning of that very important word. Is it late to negotiate? Better late than too late. Some idle or wayward mind should be doing the thinking. And prepare to locate for the next Mugna, which by that time could never be accomodated again at the Pryce/ Robinson land.
