Made it to Florida safe and sound. Took long enough but we are here!!!! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL here!! Marie and my Dad drove us to the beach even though it was raining, where I proceeded to get out of the car in the rain and felt the sand between my toes and the warm ocean water on my feet. I even drank some of it...lol. God it felt good!! My Dad and Marie have made us feel right at home and Gypsy seems to be adjusting pretty good. But then again she hasnt met Lily (the dog) yet!! Anyway been a REALLY long but good day and I am so happy we are here!!!
