Under supervision, conducts a variety of functions that support warehouse operations, internal courier delivery and outgoing mail. The associate is expected to be multi-skilled across different functions to support changing business needs in Customer Operations Support Services. Provide accurate, timely and superior customer service to internal and external customers/vendors. Responsibilities include: Preparing, storing, and retrieving boxes of records for customers (warehouse support) by utilizing Warehouse Box Inventory System and company warehouse equipment. Transferring and destroying records based on companys retention guidelines. Transporting requested records/boxes to/from warehouse locations and deliver to/from appropriate departments. Update Warehouse Box Inventory System with data entry of box locations, inventory counts and posting of daily reports. Ensure 100% accurate fulfillment of all box requests. Perform general warehouse research. Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, order picker) to pull or stack records boxes. Perform general equipment maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse. Prepare, sort, and deliver inter-department mail throughout the campus. Utilize internal systems and databases for researching, logging and tracking purposes. Make proper decisions for package destinations concerning service level, pricing and carrier used. Sorting and processing the different types of mail that include United States Postal Service (USPS), Express and International through the appropriate shipping module. Operate various postage systems that include Paragon machine, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS, etc. Perform general equipment maintenance, order supplies and report system issues. Process large mailings with the given time frames. Process and compile postage reports. Meet all the pick-up and delivery deadlines on a daily basis. Print and Mail letters as assigned. Ideal candidates will have: Requires High School education, or equivalent training. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of generally accepted office procedures. Must possess a valid drivers license and a clean DMV record. Willing to acquire forklift, order picker & electric pallet jack license. 6 months to 1-year warehouse related experience. Prior knowledge of Paragon machine preferred, but not required. Knowledge or experience of warehouse equipment operation (Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Order Picker) preferred, but not required. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team environment. Ability to operate general office and mail equipment including ten key, typewriter, scanner, copier, and fax. Solid organizational skills; ability to organize and maintain accurate, orderly files and records Strong attention to detail; ability to accurately proofread documents. Ability to assess a problem quickly and determine to what level it should be elevated, directing staff/customers to the correct person(s). Will require the ability to lift, carry, and/or push/pull up to 40-50 lbs. for general department functions Ability to maintain a professional image.
