We are looking for a competent, passionate and results-driven professional to fulfil the following role: Maintenance & Projects Engineer Area of Responsibility All of Zambia Emulsion manufacturing plant including the boilers Mobile manufacturing plants and trucks Fork lifts Fleet of LDVs Key Performance Areas Overseeing all maintenance tasks Managing spares inventory and inventory warehouse; developing and implementing control and monitoring system Managing and control all maintenance and capital expenditure Managing and overseeing of capital projects Compiling annual expense and capital budget Supervision of maintenance staff Managing and overseeing all SHEQ related equipment within BME Zambia Minimum Qualifications Full Grade 12 Certificate Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Member of the Engineering Association of Zambia Minimum of 7 years experience in the production plant maintenance/electrical and instrumentation Computer literacy (office suite) Experience in managing capital projects Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling Experience in capital and expense budgeting Experience in managing maintenance cost Experience in managing spares inventory Managing SHEQ systems Supervisory experience SADC driver’s license C Desired Qualification Higher Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Production Management/Business Administration Minimum 10 years experience in similar industry Interested?
