Malaysia Work Permit (Business) Visa Qualifications: (1) Must be at least 18 years old & (2)Only 6-7 Lac BDT. No Educational Qualification, No Business Experience, No English knowledge, No Property & Bank Balance of million taka are needed To form and register a Company of 03 Directors, the directors will have to submit the following papers and pay the following fees: Papers: (1) Photocopy of Passport-2 sets (all pages) (2) Photos-PP size, 10 Copies (White Background) (3) Birth Certificates-02 Copy (4) All Educational Certificates-01 Copy each (5) Marriage Certificates-01 Copy (6) National ID-01 Copy (7) CV-01 Set Documents required for company formation & registration: 1. Passport copy (scan copy of all pages) 2. Photos 3. Company Registration form Documents required for family (dependent) visa: 1. Marriage certificate 2. Form B for children 3. Family document should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in home country and then Malaysian Embassy. Conditions: (1) Must be at least 18 years old (2) Not an undercharged bankrupt (3) Has not been convicted of a serious offence within the past 5 years Fees: BDT 4,90,000 only [Plane Fare, Food & Living costs are not included] The fees will cover: 1. Initial Processing, Documentation & Filing 2. Communicating with Malaysian lawyers/offices 3. Company Formation & applying for registration 3. Company Name Search and applying for approval. 4. Filing of Statutory Forms 5. Providing Registered Office Address, Sign Board, Phone connection etc. 6. Opening of Bank Account 7. Tax Planning, Tax compliance and consulting work, Preparation of income tax computation for personal & Companies, Preparation of tax estimation 8. Preparing Memorandum by the company secretary or a lawyer. 9. The stamp fee for the Memorandum and the Articles 10. Submitting the incorporation papers 11. Trade License 12. Making a company seal 13. Buying statutory books and share certificates books 14. Registering with the Income Tax Department. 15. Registering for Employment Provident Fund (EPF) 16. Registering with Social Security Organization 17. For collecting licenses as per nature & need of business from: WRT – Whole sale Retail Trade license from MDTCA CIDB- License for construction related business from CIDB MOF license for contraction, supply related business from MOF Travel & Tourism business (in bound ticketing) from Min. of Tourism 18. Driving license (Foreign driving license can be converted into local Malaysian Driving license) 19. Applying for resident permit and work permit (DP-10): Resident Permit will be issued for 03(three) years. It’ll be renewed for next 02 yrs and followed on up to 10 years.
