Man gets his picture taken with his weeks old kitten at JC Penney and later uses the pictures to raise money for the cats needed surgery. Alex Lubow just loves Winslow, who he adopted from Craiglist at 4 weeks old. So Alex took advantage of a Groupon photo shoot offer and took baby pictures with his new kitten. Months later Winslow developed luxating patellas which is a genetic defect on the back legs that caused the kitten to limp. Now at nine months old, Winslow is unable to walk. Out of desperation Alex posted the cute pictures to social media in an attempt to raise money so his cat could walk and play again. At first, the fundraiser on GoFundMe was only for $3,000 so that they could operate on one of Winslows back legs. Donations came in quickly and in 4 days over $6,000 was raised so both legs could be operated on.
