Man o man ... This happened to me two years ago ... Yet the woman who cared for me took $1800 from out of my ckg. I still have not hired anyone yet but need to soon. I have interviewed three and they all lied about their backgrounds. My SWr at the VA is now taken over to help. My primary care nurse practitioner believes it would help me in remembering and keeping up with life in general. Neighbors do help with little things sometimes if I need it go shopping with me. The neurologist I see name Mike believes with my brain injury causing memory issues believes that some assisted living help is needed. Driving is limited locally but for bigger trips its a train and or a driver from county services. Just b very careful everyone in who you let in your house.
