Many of you asked me about my exercise regime, eating habits, and what I do to maintain. Well, I follow a couple simple rules, Portion Control, Healthy Choices, and Work(out) Smart. Since I completed Focus T25 I was trying to figure the next program that I can SMASH LOL so in light of a fitness and nutrition challenge group that I started, I decided to embark on a 21 day Program which incorporates 30 minute work outs and a very effective meal plan (w/great varieties). The wonderful thing is the fact that I dont need a scale to weigh my food, I dont have to calculate points, and my workouts are 30minutes :D Its all about making the right choices ;) I couldnt post this message w/o giving a shout out to my sister/mentor, Dea Myers, who inspired me a long time ago when she started her fitness journey- completing numerous work out programs (Ill share that another time LOL). Shes been very very transparent, helpful, and shared a wealth of information (THANKS DOLL). So I am just simply passing the baton to those of you who asked about effective exercises and simple healthy eating tips.
