Many people believe that Christ died and rose again, but few people understand the meaning and practise the purpose behind the death of Christ. Listen!!! He died so that we also may take the cross(sufferings of the Gospel and of abstaining from sinning and pursuing our lusts) daily, and to die to our old self( the man of sin, the man who conform to the standard of this world, our old man who is carnal. Paul in Romans 7 give a clear explanation of him without Christ that he couldnt do the spiritual Law(commands of the Most High) because he is carnal and under the Law of sin(Romans 7:14-24) whos end is hell(Romans 7:24). John also explains that without Christ there is none without sin(1John 1:8). Christ therefore came to save us from our sins(Matth 1:21)and set us free through his word of truth(John 8:30-34), hence Paul says he thanks the Most High through Jesus Christ(Rom 7:25) because of Grace that brings salvation teaching us to deny worldly lusts and sins(Titus 2:11-12). We therefore suffer as Christ suffered for us leaving us an example to follow his steps(1Peter 4:14,1Peter 2:20-26), and to kill our sinful actions from our hearts(Mark 7:19-21,Colossians 3:3-10,Galatians 5:23-24,Romans 6:624) and to live in the spirit(Romans 8:1-10. And walk in the spirit(Galatians 5:25) that is the Word of The Most High which is spiritual. Living a life without sin(1John 3:5-9). Let us therefore die to self(pride,own experience and knowledge,sturboness) and allow the Word of The Most High to direct us and control us. Without which no one shall enter heaven!!!
