Many runners experience injuries due to weak glutes. Today I am sharing a super easy routine that is good for all athletes and fitness enthusiasts. I am on day 3 of working with a group of runners and fitness enthusiasts from all over the United States in a private Facebook group page called, The Glute and Ab Workshop. I am providing a link to our fitness homework assignment for Monday. We are not only working on fitness; that is only one component. We are also focusing hydration, and nutrition.
