Many sincere thanks to my dedicated Japanese supervisor for offering me the longed–for opportunity to experience every school culture-based edge in Japan embedded in my professional enhancement. During the symposium, I intensively experienced classes, workshops and field research and honed techniques for innovative teaching. The back-to-back conference was built upon the two principal themes; Japanese cultures and perplexing issues involved field experience, absolutely leading to a wide variety of unique sub-themes. Notably, I was fascinated by the field experience with the approach to sharpen practical issues involved in mastering Japan’s society, cultural heritage and Japanese.
