Mar 11 Your body is so awesome. We humans chose to evolve with a sternum and rib cage to protect our heart and organs. Think about how wise that is. What geniuses we are for choosing to be born with our sacred tender insides so well protected! So if ever we have felt protective of our emotional heart, we aren’t foolish. Our bodies have protection and our emotional hearts have protections, too. But there are gaps in the rib cage. There are holes in it which allow for movement and the flow of bodily fluids. So it’s not an impenetrable safe. Be the rib cage today, or all year if it’s your birthday. Allow for all of the necessary protections and movements of fluids and be very mindful NOT to block out that which is necessary for your existence. Our bones are here to help us. Love your ribs. But understand that your Heart is sacred but not for keeping to yourself only. The gardening calendar says to continue planting. The space calendar shows the Moon at apogee.
