March 21, 2014 Dear Thomas, God is honoring your prayer on behalf of Thru the Bible to broaden our impact around the world. In just a few weeks, Thru the Bible Radio will be heard for the first time in the Mongolian language. The road to this victory has been long and, at times, very difficult. In other words—this is a very big deal! We praise God alone for this wonderful milestone! Here’s a snapshot of faith in Mongolia to help you continue to pray specifically for our new listeners there: The church in Mongolia is only 23 years old. Most pastors are under the age of 35; most with little or no Bible training. The full Bible in Mongolian has only been available for 14 years. Most Christians in Mongolia have received very little Bible teaching, if any at all. Where there is no teaching, there is very little depth to people’s faith. Because of your prayer and financial support, the new Thru the Bible program in Mongolian will give more than 100,000 new Christians access to solid Bible teaching and help them anchor their faith in God’s Word. Continue to pray for the Mongolian people and for great fruit to grow in their lives, churches, and communities.
