[ Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul. ] This verse is so DEEP that there is NOT a person alive today that fully understands and comprehends it. I have been a Christian since 1968 and have read the Bible more than the majority of people but I think I just have just scratched the service in fully understanding it. Most of you know I am a BIG BEN CARSON advocate and you are most likely sick of seeing my name proclaiming his virtues. But even if he becomes president and there is peace and prosperity in the world, what have I gained if I loose my soul. Im 66 years old, and I do not have that much time left and if you are a young person your life “is like a vapor, it appeareth for a LITTLE while and then vanishes away” before you know it. Those who are know longer with us, they understand it. SO WHAT SHOULD WE DO? [ John 3:5 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 6. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. ] The flesh is your finite body, the soul is the REAL you. So if you hear his voice harden not your heart. God bless you all !
