Marketing Question: When we announce great agents joining our brokerage, we do not disclose what company they came from. I personally find that irrelevant and tacky. Another brokerage in town announced an agent joining them and stated the agent came from Solutions. The name didnt sound familiar so I looked them up on ADRE. The agent (who I am sure is a fantastic agent) was actually inactive for about six months and then joined their company. My question, am I wrong to be disappointed in this type of marketing? I find it aggressive and in this case inaccurate, agree or disagree?
