Martin Luther king once started a speech with I have a dream, I’d like to coin that…… I have a dream that through physical fitness and health we can all find common ground and live together in peace and harmony. Too many people get caught up in I don’t like you because your Muslim, Jewish, catholic, black, white or whatever we are all people born to live thrive and make the earth our home, ignorance and illusions of grandeur is what creates 100% of all wars and squabbling . 1939 a war breaks out that cost the human race 65 million people men women and children generations of family’s gone lost to the history books, Sierra Leone 50,000 plus dead many more lost limbs. I could list so much more but my point is I don’t like everyone and not everyone likes me that is something we have to live with but I wouldn’t cut someone’s arm of because of an opinion or belief. I am not a religious man but to quote a line from a fictional book. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. The most famous drug supplier in England was a Welshmen who obtained the nick name Mr. nice because he never got violent Mr. nice try it say good morning to everyone you see watch them smile and say good morning back. Always remember kindness is not weakness Peace out people may tomorrow bring you joy and prosperity.
