Mary Margaret Troutman, 57, of Lebanon Junction, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at her home. She was the former Mary Margaret Bowman, a native of Louisville, Kentucky and lifelong resident of Lebanon Junction. She was a warehouse worker for UPS in Louisville and a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church where she was a faithful volunteer minister to the sick and home bound. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henrietta Raley and Alton Paul Bowman. Survivors include her husband, Anthony "Tony" Troutman of Lebanon Junction; two children, Eric (IRYT) Troutman of Hillview and Emily Beth McCubbins of Lebanon Junction; two brothers, Charlie Bowman of Elizabethtown and Billy Bowman of Lebanon Junction; five sisters, Pauletta Hatfield of Bardstown, Clara Masden and Theresa Masden of Lebanon Junction, Roberta Jackson of Elizabethtown and Shirley Wachowski of Lafayette, Indiana; and seven grandchildren. The funeral is at 1.p.m. Friday, October 11, at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Lebanon Junction with Reverend Brian Kenney officiating. Burial follows in Colesburg at St. Clare Church Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and continues at 9 a.m. Friday at Kappel Funeral Home. There will be a prayer service Thursday evening at 7 p.m. Kappel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
