Masumba High Court Judgment Set for Sept 29 The Lusaka High Court has set September 29 as judgment for convicted former sports deputy minister Stephen Masumba. Masumba was on 28th November, 2013 convicted of obtaining pecuniary advantage by using a forged certificate to obtain employment at Lusaka Business and Trust Institute. The Mufumbwe lawmaker appealed his conviction and will have his appeal decided on September 29.
