Max Shadle called me out for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Its easy to write a check and be done with it, but for those affected by ALS, they didnt plan for it, and certainly dont get to be done with it... So i decided to take this opportunity to not only accept the challenge, vut take the opportunity to get my kids--and their entire Veritas Cross Country Team--involved.
