I do not like the leadership of Nyatike from the tail to the top leadership, not because it is personal, nor because they are not my people, nor because they are not my friends, BUT because they have no development agenda in their heads. From the MCA to the MP, these elite grabbers are out to amass to themselves the devolved funds.Our Mp is having his second term in office but no substantive accomplished project in the constituency just a house to show to his colleagues when they visit. Our road (C13) is pathetic and no amount of effort is set aside to carpet this major road. Lake Victoria lies in our boundary but we have no processing firm with our numerous landing bays spanning from Muhuru To Karungu. Mineral deposits are abundant in the mines but the leadership makes no effort to look into the welfare of miners,or if they do the have failed. Education of our youths is sidelined, since most of our kinsmen have suffered from HIV/AIDS and died, the bursaries are for the select few who are believed to be supporters of the regime, or unless have a close confidant of the regime. therefore youths are left to employ survival for the fittest. this the reason they can allow themselves to be transported to rallies and meetings to cause chaos or mayhem. My people have been abandoned, my people have been siphoned, my people have been taken for a ride!!! Alas, do we have hope? Yes! We must change our attitude and rally to protect our land before and during elections! This time they shall not steal.
