Meanwhile the same website is reporting this story and the headline is beyond enraging. Leave it to conservatives to politicize the death of a 2-Star General. Heres an idea people: MAYBE the President did not want to intrude or take away from this officers funeral. Perhaps he thought the pomp and circumstance surrounding any event he attends could take away from the memorial service. MAYBE he did not show up out of respect. You should know that Obama DID greet the General as he returned from Afghanistan to be laid to rest. THIS is a no win situation. IF he did attend he would have been criticized by these same jackasses for not attending the service of other members of the Military Killed in Action. To grieving family members there is no distinction based on rank. Politicizing the sacrifices of our heroes is as low as you can go in my opinion.
