Media com is on my S____ list! Several years ago at our old address the power company replaced poles in our neighborhood. EVERYONE EXEPT Mediacom. Therefore the Power Company could not remove the old pole. I made MANY calls to Medicom and a truck would drive buy sometimes they even stopped, looked and drove away. To this day their are 2 poles side by side at our old address. Now one of the rentors had Mediacom put in. Now there are 2 separate lines going from the pole to the house. I called 2 years ago and ask them to bury the other one. It is now strung up from the pole into the Evergreen tree to get it out of the way to mow all last summer Today I called Mediacom and guess what! Since I am not the customer and only the Landlord they could not discuss it with me. They can only talk to the customer. Oh and did you know Supervisors do not talk to people. She hung up on me after I told her that it was a hazard and if they did not do something about it I would Ban Mediacom from the property. She told me it was not a good idea to threaten. No threat just a statement of facts. Mediacom you are notified of a hazard!
