Mee is on her way to NYC to film another segment of the Better Show. I was going with her then I realized there was a cow sale today and I comitted to doing a couple groups and a Sweat Lodge at ILC this coming week so I stayed home. Since I met Mee Tracy McCormick our life has largely revolved around my life and I know that. These days Mee has Gods door ways opening for her life and I am so sincerely grateful for her work and spirit and for the Universes saying yes girl you are a gift and we are going to let people know! Bella and Lola just left for the gardens where they are helping Samantha Tomlinson and Nicole Tracy, get ready to go be a part of a healthy food gathering at a Nashville Montessori School. Little girls learning early, when its most powerful, that we are here to share and be good to our selves and each other. Mees flying, Im going to a cow sale and Bella, Lola, Nic and Sam are sharing our connection to Nature, food, spirit and health all in one day in one families life. Its really beyond what we call blessed, its really self determination Spirit to Spirit. Have a good day yall time is flying by are we all helping to let go of all the old dark heavy, conflicted ways we inherited and have bought into as reality our are we going to let that go a create a new Way of Life in this world?? We are the only ones dreaming it , it is ALL up to us!
