Mega loop Monday started at 8:45am in #Aldergrove for me when I met fellow #motorcycle enthusiast Mike B @eaglelooking78 on Twitter who left #Vancouver at 8am. We rode to Hope for gas stop #1 then up the #Coquihalla Highway to Coldwater road where we took the more scenic rout into Merritt. A quick lunch for us and gas #2 for the bikes then we rode the 5A, a great route along several lakes to #Kamloops. After gas stop #3 we took Highway 5 a short distance and turned off at Highway #1 stopping at Kamloops Lake (picture below) Then took Tunkwa Lake road to #Tunkwa #Provincial Park for some snacks and water. Next stop was Logan Lake, home of the BIG truck and digger that Tourism British Columbia use as their office, then back to #Merritt for gas stop #4. On the route home we once again took the Coldwater road then onto the Coquihalla Highway to #Hope, gas stop #5 then home by 8:30pm. It was an great day of riding filled with blue skies, winding roads filled with incredible scenery. Total kms for me 680, total kms for Mike 765... vridetv/blog.html
