Meghan Update: Speechless in Guatemala... Im sure we all remember the movie with Tom Hanks, Sleepless in Seattle. For those men who have chosen not to watch it because youre afraid you might cry..., LOVE takes Tom Hanks from Seattle all the way to New York to meet up with Meg Ryan. They meet and I guess they fall in love. The movie just ends and never really tells you. (Maybe its not such a great movie guys...) Today we met with Meghans doctor. At one point trying to tell us about her progress, he became speechless. I believe he even had to fight back tears at one point when he told us, Meghans surgery and healing is not of my hands, but of Gods. Isnt it funny that LOVE took Jesus from Heaven to come here to show us that very love. That love was so tangible today in the doctors office that it left a very renowned surgeon speechless here in Guatemala. Meghan is still way ahead of schedule and the doctor said that he wouldnt need to see her for three weeks. He has also taken away many of the restrictions that she has had. God is faithful even through trials. The question is, will we stop and recognize His love for us? I guarantee that if you allow God to come into your life, you too will be left speechless.
