Merry Christmas Eve Workout...COMPLETED! (see previous post for the deets) Here are some of the moves just in case you didnt understand what they were! I showed the Sumo squat with knee lift, plie squat jabs, floor sprints, and speed skaters. Each of the moves, unless specified on the poster, are done for 45 secs each. :D Dont use Christmas as an excuse to back out of the commitment you already made to you health. We need you around for many more Christmases to come!
