Merry Sunday Froebelians, Im sorry to continuously bombard you with information but here are the events of the upcoming week (Not to mention Grease Grand, Sporting Heroes Fez, Thirsty Thursdays Acoustic NIght and of course Traffic Light BOP). Tonight in the Union Bar is, as per usual, the Sunday night pub quiz at 8 PM. Teams of max. 6 people. £1 per player. In honour of #pinkhampton I will be awarding two bonus points to the team for each member supporting the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign. So if you want a slight advantage come in a bright pink top, paint your nails pink or enter the bar with a bra on the outside of your clothes. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING A PEN. Tuesday the Student Union Council will be held from 5-7 PM in the Portrait Room, Grove House. Its a great way to voice your opinions, hear and understand how the RSU is run and meet some awesome people. Not only is every student welcome youre encouraged to come along and every extra face is fantastic. Tuesday at 7:30 in Jebb auditorium were holding Froebels first of many Movie Nights this year, well start off with Madagascar then at 9:15 well put on Inception. If youre in a particularly lazy mood (or hungover) stay for both but by all means if you only want to watch one of the two youre not obliged to stay for the whole evening. There will be hot chocolate, marshmallows & bean bags. Come down in your pyjamas, dressing gowns armed with teddy bears and duvets. Saturday night at 8:30 Garden Court is hosting a themed party, dress up as anything beginning with G or C to celebrate their initials. BYOB, get dressed up, make some new friends and have a blast! This Sunday is the Paintball day. £15 to pay up front includes transport to and from campus to Cobham (25 minutes away), lunch, tea & coffee throughout the day and 100 paintballs. You will most likely need at least another £15 cash on the day to purchase more paintballs once were there. We will be leaving campus at 8.45 Sunday 19th.
