Message from BDO: We apologize to our valued clients and the general public for the service interruption they may have been experiencing in our Automated Teller Machines; retail and corporate banking; mobile and phone banking; and ATM Debit Cards and Cash Cards usage. The recent heavy rains unexpectedly damaged a drainpipe in our Makati building causing water to leak on certain floors, including the raised flooring where our data center is located. As a precautionary measure, we had to bring down the main switch and migrate to a disaster recovery site. As a result, our branches are being sporadically affected by the incident resulting a slowdown in the processing of transactions. We expect the slowdown to ease as we gradually reactivate all of our servers and other equipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this endeavor as soon as possible. Thank you.
