Metabolic circuit. I have added an extra training day in a week, where I hit a more high intensity circuit type session. This is an old vid but I thought Id share to give you an idea of what Sort of thing I do. So here I grabbed a bar and just made up a little circuit, I did a deadlift, clean, front squat into shoulder press, bring bar onto shoulders lunge with each leg, back squat, shoulder press into burpee with a press up and then finish with a tuck jump. Thats one rep, I did 10 sets of 8 reps. Try to have minimal rest in between sets 90 secs MAX! This will make you sweat, and get that metabolism fired up all day so not only will you burn calories during your workout you will be burning them after even when your finished! The key is intensity, keep going as quick as you can whilst keeping your form as much as possible. Grab a bar, a corner, stick your headphones and work!!
