Metamorphosis ... Revealing the real you!!! FRIDAY, 9TH AUGUST 2013 YOU ARE NOT ORDINARY “And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in words and in deeds. Acts 7:22 Do you remember Moses complaining to God about his inability to communicate effectively when God sent him to Pharaoh? As a matter of fact he was a stammerer who couldn’t make a full sentence without stammering. Yet this same Moses was described to us as being “mighty in words and in deeds” There is absolutely no contradiction in the word of God. Being mighty in words is beyond being a smooth talker and beyond the use of heavy duty grammar. It entails speaking with such authority and wisdom that people around cannot help but notice. From the moment someone gets to meet you, your words must register an undeniable positive impact on such a person’s life. We are not talking about rehearsed words that you have carefully put together but even your casual discussions must be full of the wisdom of God. That is why you cannot afford to speak careless or empty words neither can you be found abusing, cursing or ill-talking about another person. People may even throw questions at you that you were not prepared for; it is not enough reason to be caught off-guard. Your words must still resonate with wisdom and power. To speak with wisdom does not entail being a philosopher or being multilingual. Instead it is the automatic result of a rich fellowship with the Holy Ghost. In the course of fellowshipping with Him, His thoughts become your thoughts and thereby His words will become your words. Someone may be in trouble for instance and everyone has comforted this fellow but it didn’t change anything. When you get on the scene, you may comfort the person using the same words everyone had being using but yours will surely produce a remarkable result. What happened is that your words have been tinted with the influence the Holy Spirit supplies that no man can resist. Show off God in your life today with the words you speak.
