Meth Lab Arrest On July 26, 2013 Investigators and K9 officers of the Drug Task Force acted on a citizen complaint and conducted an investigation in the 1900 block of North Courtland. This investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at 1901 North Courtland. Methamphetamine and items related to the manufacturing of methamphetamine were seized as a result of the investigation. Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Team assisted with the dismantling of the meth lab. The following subjects were arrested as a result of the investigation: Kenneth E. Webster, age 56, of that address, for the charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine as a class B felony, Illegal Drug Lab as a class D felony, Possession of Methamphetamine as a class D felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a class D felony, and Possession of Paraphernalia as a class A misdemeanor. No photo available at this time. Angela K. Arnold, age 42, of Windfall was arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance as a class B misdemeanor, and Possession of Methamphetamine as a class D felony. No photo available at this time. Jaqueline D. Rainwater, age 45, of Galveston was arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance as a class B misdemeanor, and Possession of Marijuana as a class A misdemeanor. No photo available at this time. All subjects were transported to the Howard County Criminal Justice Center with no injuries reported. The investigation is on-going and additional arrests are expected.
