Michael Lewallen and I are so blessed and excited. Our Someday is finally here! The girls and I will be moving to Plymouth before school starts. Piper will be starting at Menominee Elementary! As you know, I started an awesome job at an awesome company (DLZ) in January. I have a few courses left for my professional license and am going to start a class this fall through Purdue Calumet. I will be a Licensed Surveyor finally!! With both of these news items comes something that is bittersweet to me. I will no longer be doing photography. My new obligations/adventures dont allow me to be the businesswoman or mom or girlfriend or employee I want to be. Ever since I was 16 Ive worked two jobs. I dont know what its like to work one. I worked two jobs through college at Purdue, etc. I want to give 110% to everything I do. My plate is entirely too full. I have a feeling it always has been. SO - if you have a gift certificate from me - I will ABSOLUTELY still honor those. If you have a wedding contract with me - I will ABSOLUTELY still honor those. (Duh! :) ) If you are a current client of mine and we have something scheduled - its still totally on. If you are a past client of mine and wanted something scheduled, Im closing my schedule to photography scheduling in a week. (That means you can schedule something for next year, but Im asking for a 50% non-refundable deposit.) This was a tough, yet easy, decision for me. Love you all!!!
