Based in Beijing, British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Singapore, they have a number of ongoing assignments throughout the Asia Pacific region and internationally. As a consequence of organic growth they are looking for talented individuals to join their rapidly growing Indonesia business based in Central Jakarta at a number of levels from Associate to Senior Manager.Job Description In line with the company’s strategy for its expansion in Asia, they are looking for a seasoned finance professional to join them as their business expands. The main focus of the business is within insolvency, restructuring, forensic accounting and strategic advisory therefore you will ideally have experience within these fields. We will also we will consider individuals coming from audit at the Associate level. Key requirements at non-managerial level include: an understanding of restructuring and insolvency procedures, their application and differing requirements; experience of Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU), independent financial review, valuation, compulsory liquidation and voluntary winding-up assignments; experience of compiling and analysing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditors; experience of cash-flow forecasting, financial modelling, financial analysis and financial investigations; experience of conducting research on companies and transactions; and 1 to 4 years relevant experience realistically To be considered for managerial level positions you must also demonstrate solid experience of: day-to-day management of engagements such as Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU), independent financial review, valuation, compulsory liquidation and voluntary winding-up assignments; drafting reports for Courts and creditors; cross-border assignments including Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, PRC and offshore jurisdictions. experience of cash-flow forecasting, financial analysis, financial investigations and preparation of financial models; and 6 years plus relevant experience. The Successful Applicant We are looking for the highest calibre Indonesian talent. Ideally, you will have worked or studied abroad or at a top tier local university and you will also be familiar in working with a MNC - most likely in top 4 audit firm, and possibly a top 10 international audit firm.
