Missed out on a strength component in the week? Need to work on your double unders? Want to practise some gymnastics movements? Come down to the box during open gym. What is open gym? This is a time when the box is open, a coach is on site however no classes are being run. Check out the new timetable. Open gym 3.30-4.30pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Open gym 3.30-5.30pm Tuesday and Thursday Open gym 9-11am Sunday. Comment below if you have any questions. *open gym is included in the unlimited membership.
