Missing FLORIDA: The Volusia County Sheriffs Office is looking for a mother and her two children who are considered missing and endangered under suspicious circumstances. The sheriffs office said a family member requested a well-being check Wednesday morning (10/23/2013) for 28-year-old Yessenia Suarez of Covent Gardens Place in Deltona. Suarez had been the victim of domestic violence in Lake Mary on Tuesday but the suspect, her husband Luis Toledo, 31, had fled before Lake Mary police officers arrived. When Volusia Sheriffs deputies went to conduct the well-being check, Suarez and her children were not there. But Toledo arrived at the house shortly after deputies conducted the check and he was arrested based on Lake Mary Police Departments battery charge. Family members have not heard from Suarez since Tuesday evening. Suarez is Hispanic, 5’3” tall, weighs 130 lbs., has black hair and brown eyes. Her children are 8-year-old Michael Otto and 9-year-old Thalia Otto. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriffs Office at (386) 736-5999 or 911. Please share their flyer with your friends.
