MOBILE CARETAKER BASED AT 88 - 96 HIGH ROAD, LYMINGTON AVENUE, WOOD GREEN, LONDON - COVERING STREATHAM AND BROMLEY SALARY UP TO £18,803 PER ANNUM 40 HOURS PER WEEK - MONDAY TO FRIDAY We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Caretaker within the Estate Services team based in London, which is a key section of the Property Services division. The division is responsible for delivering an estate maintenance and property repairs service throughout the UK. The Estate Services team provides a high quality grounds maintenance, soft landscaping, caretaking and cleaning service to Sanctuary properties throughout the London area. With an element of compliance testing of emergency lighting in our properties this role may also include cleaning communal areas and refuse stores, removal of bulky items and graffiti removal. Working on the estates you will be expected to report any anti-social behaviour and maintenance work that may be required. We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is capable of working alone. The successful candidate will also be happy to work and interact with residents of all ages on the estates. With previous experience working in a similar role, you will have the ability to work to deadlines and priorities your workload. As travel is a requirement of this role; a full, current driving licence is essential. A company van and power tools (where applicable) will be provided for business use only.
