Pati is one of Nibblins favorite cookbook authors and host of the popular PBS Series Patis Mexican Table. On the menu: Shrimp Pacifico, Chicken Ala Trash, Chipotle Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Poblano Rajas, Red Leaf, Avocado, and Graprefruit Salad with Olive-Mint Vinaigrette, and Berries with Lime Syrup.
