Monday, I ran 4.15 miles and did Lift It to Lose It class. Yesterday, I ran 3.07 miles and did Lauries Pilates class. Today, I plan to run on the treadmill while Catherines in aqua class, and do Lift It To Lose It again. HOWEVER, I think the most important thing today is after the treadmill, get in the whirlpool. Boy, am I sore! Yipe, yipe, yipe! I had stated back up with the pilates class, but none of the Lift It (cardio, light weights, LOTS of reps, full body workout) class since NOvember. It will take a wile for the body to get used to this again!
