Monday after a break is so hard to get back into the groove. I showed a video which I dont do often. The Last Lecture is not new but if you havent seen or heard of it, you should look it up. It still brings tears to my eyes and inspires me to be awesome. I show this video in my Health classes when students seem to feel a little down or feel like life is out of their control.
