Monday message about listening and trust. Good morning and happy Monday, everyone! I wanted to share with you a valuable lesson that Ive learned about listening and trust. There is one specific instance in which listening and trust go hand in hand. We dont all feel one hundred percent Okay all of the time. We have good days, yes, but we also have bad days. We might beat ourselves up about mistakes made, we might feel less than enough for the world around us, but whichever form the bad day may take, its going to have a negative effect on your day, and you may not be the only one affected by your bad day IF you dont get a handle on it. When youre having one of those bad days, turn to those who love you. Tell them how you feel about you, and listen to what they have to say. When they tell you that your self-doubt is unfounded, when they tell you that you dont have valid reasons for not liking you, when they tell you that ALL of you is worthy of love and happiness, I need you to really hear them. Really trust their words for you. Listen and trust those who love you. They see you much more clearly than you do, because they dont take as many breaks from loving you as you do. They dont have I dont love you days. So when youre having an I dont love me day, sacrifice your own feelings about you to the feelings about you that others have. You have mirrors around you that only reflect the best of you. Allow yourself the privilege of believing what those mirrors show you. You deserve it.
